This release contains the 2019 North Coast Pinot Noir (91 points,Wine Enthusiast), the 2018 Fore Family Vineyards Syrah (93 points, Wine Enthusiast), and the show-stopper 2018 Wynonna's Vineyard Syrah rated at an amazing points 96 points by Wine Enthusiast.
Yes, that's not a typo -- our 2018 Wynonna's Vineyard Syrah received a 96 point rating from Wine Enthusiast Magazine and is the highest rated Syrah ever from Lake County! there is a 6 bottles maximum on this 96 point Syrah as this wine is limited and going quickly, so order today!

New Release Wines
2019 Pinot Noir North Coast
91pts, Wine Enthusiast This robust, smoky and savory wine holds its black-fruit, tobacco and bay leaf flavors rather tightly in moderate tannins, giving it a feeling of restraint. It should mellow and gain layers with time. Best from 2025.
93pts, Wine Enthusiast Velvety tannins wrap around nicely deep black fruit flavors that show tasty ripeness and a bit of dark chocolate along with savory aspects of black pepper and singed rosemary. From a high-elevation vineyard, this wine will improve through at least 2028.
96pts, Wine Enthusiast This deep and concentrated wine offers impressive blackberry, black pepper and black cherry flavors with firm tannins but should become even more complex and smooth with time. Fermented with native yeast and using 15% whole clusters, it offers multiple layers and a good focus on savory aspects while its French oak accent stays in the background. Best 2026–2032.

2017 L'Intruse Mourvedre
90pts, Wine Enthusiast Gutsy in structure and meaty in flavor, this full-bodied wine offers savory and fruity elements in a good blend of grilled plum, sour cherry and beef jus flavors firmed by moderate tannins.
92pts, Wine Enthusiast From a cool-climate site also planted to Pinot Noir, this brooding red is juicy in dark cherry and strawberry, with a lightness of baking spice, leather and black pepper. The body weight is balanced and smoothly round, with a fist of underlying grip.
92pts, Wine Enthusiast This vibrant and concentrated wine, aged in neutral French barrels, is well balanced for further aging. Enticing aromas of rose petals, black tea and black cherries lead to deep, spicy, mulled plum and black-currant flavors on nicely gripping texture of moderate tannins and bracing acidity. Best from 2026.
From a vineyard planted only with this variety, this wine is cool-climate in personality and style, with a funkiness of tar and leather. Cranberry, currant and violet notes provide a pretty complement and lasting brightness, finishing in darker berry.
An entirely varietal wine from a site that grows only Syrah, this wine is meaty, peppery and tangy, with an enduring earthiness. Garrigue, tobacco and dried herb highlight a densely structured framework of balanced intensity.
Almost as ripe and broad as the red version, this wine offers abundant Bosc pear and Fuji apple flavors, a rounded, smooth texture and rather full body. It could easily substitute for a red wine with meaty main courses.
Have you visited us at the Winery Collective yet? This tasting room represents several boutique local wineries, including VIE Winery wines. You will be able to enjoy pours of several of our wines via their tasting menu and by the glass including a selection of our popular Syrahs, Mourvedre and our Melange Maison.
