This wine exhibits tart cassis, cranberry and pomegranate flavors on the entry, and develops a deeper rich, rewarding flavor as it enters the mid-palate. On the finish, the wine develops more dark cherry and blueberry fruit with is juicy and layered with a well-integrated and a voluptuously silky finish, offering impressive length and breadth. This wine can be enjoyed today and for the next 7-10 years.

Our 2018 Canihan Vineyards Syrah is an intense wine from this cool climate vineyard that produces dark grapes with soft skin and loose clusters leading to a dark, dense wine in the glass. Although this vineyard contains At first sip, this wine exhibits earthy, leathery notes more familiar with that of the Hermitage wine region. In the mouth, the wine delivers a rich, full bodied and dark fruit qualities on the palate with rich dark berry flavors that carry into a long-smooth finish.

Have you visited us at the Winery Collective yet? This tasting room represents several boutique local wineries, including VIE Winery wines. You will be able to enjoy pours of several of our wines via their tasting menu and by the glass, including a selection of our popular Syrah, Mourvedre and Melange Maison wines. Bottles of most of our wines are also available for purchase to-go at this location.
