We are pleased to announce that our VIE Winery 2016 Canihan Vineyard Pinot Noir received a coveted 1-Puff rating from Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine:

“Leading with a mildly spicy, lightly berry-like nose that favors freshness over fruity mass and muscle, this wine proves to be a bit fuller and riper than expected in the mouth before tightening acidity comes up to check its front-palate inclination to viscosity. It is a Syrah that asks for age not out of need for tactile smoothing but as a means to grow beyond its youthful simplicity, and even a few years of bottle time should result in a slight extension of its varietal reach.”
