We are pleased to announce that our 2016 VIE Les Amours Syrah received a coveted 1-Puff rating from Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine:

“As a bunch, the new collection of VIE Syrahs are very solid, age-worthy wines that emphasize structural firmness, but among them, this one is presently the most expressive with a wealth of deep, slightly boysenberry fruit framed with sweeter, caramelized meat qualities and accented by distinctive accents of tea. It is fully ripe and a touch jammy but is not overly governed by ripeness. It gets high marks for its buoyancy, its balance and its palatal persistence, and its integral, fruit-buffered tannins prescribe a few years of additional age without making early drinking at all difficult for those who are not long patience.”
