2013 Belle-Amie Rosé

Santa Barbara County

Our 2013 VIE Winery Belle-Amie Rosé wine is a dry rosé made primarily from Mourvèdre, with a bit of Grenache for brightness and Syrah to provide more depth and mid-palate weight. This rich, full-bodied Rosé exhibits interesting herbaceous characteristics up-front, with strong flavors of boysenberry and red raspberry on the palate. Through the mid-palate a hint of black tar comes through and carries into the finish providing structure and a bit of spice in the aftertaste. It's perfect to drink with friends on a warm summer day. Enjoy this wine now & within 1-2 years.
